Counselling Services

Counselling is not magic or a quick fix and it is not coercion. It is a team effort to find the solutions, strategies, answers and particular truth and insights that you are needing in your situation.

Counselling is generally $80 per session (includes GST) for an individual and $90 per session for a married couple. These affordable prices are competitive without compromising quality service.

We believe that within 3-4 sessions you should be feeling and seeing some marked progress on any one issue. If this is not the case we reassess the situation and negotiate with you where to go from there.

We offer three avenues for you to get counselling:-

Phone counselling: You would normally phone us at the number, time and date agreed on. This is negotiable. If we make the phone call to you we would add the appropriate charge.

Skype/Internet Phone counselling:  With technology as it is today many people are opting for Skpye or similar internet phone connections, with or without a webcam.  We can discuss this option with you.

Face to Face counselling: If you are within a reasonable distance of our office then you may prefer this ‘normal’ style of counselling.  Many people begin with a few face to face sessions and then swap to phone counselling for their convenience.

• Separation or pre-divorce problems

How do I pay?

You can pay by cheque, cash or electronic payment (internet banking). We do not have credit card facilities. Cash is for face to face clients only. If you receive counselling by phone or email the other two payment options are available to you. We don’t allow a session to go ahead if the previous session has not been paid for. Bank details for electronic payments are given to you at the end of the session and invoices are sent on request only.

What do I have to do?

Make the phone call or book online! Stop thinking that you should be able to work this out by yourself. You wouldn’t do your own surgery would you? If you are sick of hitting your head against a brick wall or going around in circles and have had enough of the pain you are in then we are here for you.
