This workshop will not only explore the subconscious causes of anxiety, the tricks we enlist to avoid feeling it, the cycle of fear and how it develops, but we will also be teaching you how to beat it! Yes, it is possible to beat it for good. It is possible to only have feelings of anxiety when it is appropriate to the situation. It is possible to sleep well and reassure yourself, and to have a mind at peace. It is possible to build courage, confidence and come off that awful 'red alert' which is causing all sorts of physical health issues. You'll learn how to tell yourself the truth, how to calm and reassure yourself and how to challenge inappropriate feelings. You will learn to replace anxiety with healthy caution and due diligence.
