Did you know that when you are bumped by others, you will 'spill' whatever you are full of? Is that anger? Our immediate emotional response reflects what we harbour inside ourselves. If we hold onto anger or fear, those emotions will likely surface when we're under pressure. Anger is one of the most common coping strategies that people grab, but it doesn't have to be your default reaction.
This workshop is designed to help adults, teens, and even children understand and transform their emotional responses, teaching their minds to be their friends, even in challenging moments.
The teaching content will run for the first 60 mins, with 30-45mins Live Q&A to follow. Allow for up to 2 hours for this workshop.
