By Soul Talk - Matt and Belinda Stott - Christchurch, NZ
Our good friends at Soul Tour have created a series of 8 FREE videos called Soul Talk.
The aim of this incredible series is to help Church life-groups go deeper with each other and grow in their understanding of several important mental/emotional health topics.
Each episode begins with an introduction to the topic by
counsellor and author Belinda Stott. Three people then
share their personal journey with the issue at hand, then it's back to Belinda who provides an abundance of practical tips and insights on how to find healing and support others in need.
